This eel clamp is made out of roughly one meter long bamboo
pole. It is fixed to a 0.5 meter long iron that is bent at its end into a sort of clamp. The fisherman
presses the fork down into the mud and combs it with fast movements from side to side. Then fisherman
takes out the fish getting clamped in the fork head. The target species of this eel clamp is spiny eel. |
