Encircling seine (Khmer name Uon Huom)
This
fishing gear is used for capture of mixed fishes in combination with an anchor
lure or a branch of a tree used to aggregate schools of fish. This fishing
gear is not so much uses in Cambodian waters and its quantities decreased
in year 2001 (Tab. 8).
